" The guys at Action are wonderful !! I drove from Wagoner just to take a look cause the wife told me to just say NO but when I got there and was greeted with respect and was shown all the great deals they had, there was no way I could say NO. I ended up choosing a beautiful new VSTAR. They helped me through the finance process and two hours after I entered the front door I had my new bike. They even delivered it to the house. Needless to say, I'm in the HOT seat and doing Honey Dos' for no telling how long but I am very happy with my new bike.

"Great people, excellent selection. Drove to Tulsa just expecting to get the same old run around (like I have at other dealers in Mo.). Didn't happen walked in met Wally, confirmed the deal we'd worked out a couple of days prior, and rode home on my new bike. Be prepared to buy, because they are there to sell motorcycles. Oh didn't mention finiancing, got a very reasonable rate from Actions access to several lenders. "

"I rented a Harley for my husband for his birthday. We had such a BLAST!! It made this middle-class mom/Sunday school teacher feel like a bad a** for a day LOL!! And my hubby was in "hog" heaven :) - a perfect day even in the heat wave.

"I have bought a few toys from Action and they are the only service department that I use as well. My son has a 2011 Sportsman 90 ( grizzly 125 was too big ) and I will soon be having them do the first service on it. The service manager is a great guy and always gives it to you straight with out trying to get you to buy everything under the sun. The parts department is great and they have no problem with taking their time on each customer to make sure you are satisfied before you leave."

"I found this dealer on E Bay and purchased a Yamaha RoadStar Silverado. Flew out to Tulsa where I was picked up by the dealer. I dealt with Justin who was helpful in all the transactions. Gregg the service manager had done a full service for the bike at my request. Super service Gregg!!
I road the bike from Tulsa back to the Palmetto State (SC) a full 1,100 miles with no problems. This is a awesome machine!!! If I ever purchase another it will be from this dealer. Their customer service is the best!! Thanks Justion , Chris and Gregg!!!"

"I purchased a 2007 Sportster based soley on the photos and a walk-around by Jason. When I got to the dealership, the bike looked better than the photos. Jason was more than helpful during the purchase process. When I got the bike home, there was a problem with the fuel injection/exhaust. Jason assured me they would make it right. Thanks to Craig in the service department, the bike was made better than right. I could not be more satisfied with my purchase and the employees at the store. If I outgrow this bike, I'll be heading back to Action Powersports."

"Action Powersports is by far the best new motorcycle dealer you could possibly deal with. Their prices are the best you will find and their selection is huge. I've bought from their twice and I will surely buy from them again. There are absolutely NO HIDDEN FEES. They give you an out the door price and that is what you pay. They don't play the mind games that most dealerships play, and they give you an honest and fair value on your trade. "By far the best dealership I've ever dealt with! I had to drive 320 miles to get my '08 Yamaha Midnight Warrior, but it was well worth the drive. I initially made the trip because of the great price, but when I got there, the friendly service alone was worth the trip. "I've never found it necessary to give a testimonial about a dealership before,you know you buy a bike,they sell you one and make some finance concessions,and its done.The next time you go in to look at bikes the guy who sold you an 8000 dollar bike suddenly doesn't need to visit with you.Thats just what DIDN'T happen here.My wife wanted to trade in her hog for a more comfy bike,and getting the right trade value seemed impossible.We even had something worked out with an out of state dealership whos prices were unbelievable,BUT decided to give wally a shot at coming close to the deal we worked out.Within a phone call he not only met it but in my opinion beat it.this has been probably the best experience we've ever had with a dealer or salesman.after the sale/trade(that he got me full asking trade in)they even took us to lunch while the bike was readied.Wally and the others who helped us went WAY beyond a typical sale.I finally feel like someone actually wants our business and appreciates it.Thanks again guys and girl,for the smokin new bike.We will definitely be buying another bike or two here in the future.We can't say enough about these folks.Superior job guys!"

"I purchased a bike on Ebay and was really worried as I have never made a purchase on a big ticket item over the internet. I called and talked with Wally several times and he assured me the bike was exactly as described. Went ahead and made the purchase but couldn't pick it up for a week. It was a 4 hour drive from Blue Springs, MO, and when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised that the bike was exactly as described. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. "i WON THE WINNING BID ON a 2007 V STAR 1100 costum off EBAY, and i was a little uneasy bout it, seeing it was a 4 hr drive just to see the bike.. i talked to wally over the phone about the bike, and he assured me that it the read deal and when i arrived from north central Arkansa 4 days later and a day early i was greeted by John Klecka and he was a very pleasent and very informitave, as he was getting paper work ready i was looking around and found all there bikes and parts were much better priced then all the dealers i tried to deal with here in Arkansas, Randy in parts was awsum. along with the parts manager.i will tell you this.."it was the most pleasent place do do busness with" the bike was EXACTLY as discribed on EBAY...i road her yesterday and today and all i got was compliments. beleave me i am bragging up
